We are deploying Symantec DLP 14.0 in multiple locations in LACR via SCCM. We have gathered the computer host name of the end users for the respective locations and created one AD Group. In this AD Group we will Load the appropriate machines into this group.I want to know once these computer names are added to the AD Group. How do we ensure that the computer names for the end users are upto date . An example X leaves the company and Y joins. We need to make sure when X leaves the organization we can reuse the license which were deployed in his system(not sure if it is possible) and apply it somewhere else. At the same time when Y joins the company the AD groups which we created updates the latest computer host names details which means any new employees join in that particular location gets added to the AD group which we have created automatically. Do we have any script which will be integreated with our AD and OU of that particular location?
Note: We are implementing DLP only in endpoints not anywhere else.
