    Symantec Encryption Desktop is still supported and still actively being developed.  Current version at this time is 10.3.2 mp7.

    Symantec Endpoint Encryption version 11 only contains drive and removable media encryption, and does not include mail encryption or mail proxying.

    Often, there is confusion due to the naming convention, but both products are currently still supported, and still being developed.

    Where can I find a download location for the last trial version of symantec encryption desktop? Every time I tried to download it I was redirected to endpoint encryption download page. Is the trial version of the software still available for download?

    Second tab under Encryption, most of the links are for Encryption Desktop with various licensed functionality.
