@Chrisjen as per Tom request can you confirm that you in fact follow the steps as written in KB TECH175378 from the command line in the correct order.
- Run the command PGPWDE --disk 0 --stop -p <passphrase> and press Enter.
2. Then type PGPWDE --disk 0 --resume -p <passphrase> and press Enter.
If you run this from command line in the right order as above this should resume the interface.
Are you able to send a screenshoot from above commands including also additional commands so
pgpwde --enum
pgpwde --show-config
If still not work I would suggest running re-enrollment process http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO42029 and see if the interface is still stucked.
