    Hi everyone

    We have a windows 7 64Bits winth Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.0.

    In previous versions, 10.2, when you don't need open encrypted files or folder encrypted in with the netshare option, PGP only ask for you once to put the passphrase. In the new version if you don't write the passphrase PGP ask for that passphrase for every object that is encrypted, so is a headache not write the passphrase.

    Can someone help us to avoid that situation?

    You should be able to resolve this by selecting Save My Passphrase for Current Windows Session on the General tab of Options.
