File Share Encryption

This is not an urgent thing, and I can live with this.

But how can on the PGP WDE Boot Guard logon screen, the Num Lock will not activate on my PC?

I have it enabled on the BIOS and before when not using encryption, Num Lock pad activated always.

Has anyone of you here has the same problem?

I always have to press the Num Lock key while in Boot Guard screen.

Symantec Encryption Desktop does not always work with the 10-key keyboard supplied on the laptop. This is due to limited driver support at this preboot screen due to limitations on the size of this preboot environment. The workaround is to use the keys at the top of the QWERTY keyboard. Maybe that was the issue you were facing?
