    Hello .

    We run a SEMS server ,whit a Blackberry Enterprise server 5 ,whit exchange. 

    The SEMS server is connected treu LDAP on AD .

     

    Every thing  work perfect ,execpt one thing .

    When internal users mail to eatchoter its possible to find the reciever public keys .

    Butt when a users from us wane mail to external user ,outise or company ,or users can not find the reciever public keys .

    Hi Mark.B,

    The key for the external user are saved on their keyserver or of the global key server at keyserver.pgp.com, you need to add it to your key search option on the mail policy, and configure to policy to encrypt to the users key.
