    Afternoon,

    Summary:

    How can I check the volume of Encrypted and Decrypted mail being processed by a pair of Clustered SEMS servers with custom policies in place if no details are appearing in the Message Activity Tab, OR the Message logs?

    Background:

    I've got a pair of clustered SEMS 3.3.2 MP9 servers operating as a mail gateway with custom encryption policies set up for a client who have asked the easiest way to check the current amount of encrypted mail volume that their set up is processing.

    However, when I check the message overview tab, I can see the volume of "Processed" mail, but not "Encrypted" or "Decrypted" mail.

    The Mail logs confirm that the custom policies are being applied normally, as test emails have either successfully been sent out or bounced back accordingly. Unfortunately, the mail logs for the specific user don't reveal what custom policy was applied, or what happened to the email in question (whether it was successfully encrypted or not).

    I'm not sure what else to test, short of enabling debugging on the server and going through a day's worth of logs.

    I've checked the SEMS 3.3.2 MP11 administrator guide, the release notes and the MySymantec KB but I can't seem to find an answer to this.

    Can anyone recommend any other test I could run?

    Please see an example of the overview tab from the SEMS server
