    Below is the mesage:

    Symantec end point protection can not open because some symantec service are stopped.Restart symantec service and then open symantec end point protection.

    I am not sure about detail procedure.

    Are you facing exact following problem ?

    Unable to open the Symantec Endpoint Protection client interface after migrating to 12.1 on Windows 7 64-bit
