    hi,

    I face a probelm in which symantec endpoint 12.1 rolls back during installation on a windows server 2003 domain controller.

    Any help plz?

    Can you post the contents of the install log?

    From start - run - %temp%\SEP_INST.log, search for Return Value 3 and post the 10 lines above the return value 3.

    Are u upgrading from the previous version or fresh installation?

    if u upgrade from previuos one, please check the SEP is opening or not?

    The server had an kaspersky av , and i used the SEPsetup tool to remove the kasper and install the symantec on the server, the kaspersky succefuly removed but the sep didnt installed, and then i tried to install sep again but still rolls back!
