Hi,
I have windows vista and Symantec Enpoin 11
I have installed a new internet connection. And this one is blocked by SEP because when i disable the "Network Threat Protection", the internet connection works good.
How can i fix this whithout removing the SEP?

Log

Log each and every rule with NTP. Try connecting to the internet again. Now analyze the log. Create a reverse rule(allow) after studying what is getting blocked and on what port.

De facto when AV does something, it starts jumping up and down, waving its arms, and shouting "Hey!  I found a virus!  Look at me!  I'm soooo goooood!"

If you open the client

If you open the client interface in the network thread protection, click in options button, an select View network activity,  in the new window  rigth click application details in this way you can know what is being block by SEP before that will be easier make a rule to allow the traffic.
