Symantec endpoint clients 12xx win 7 64 bit not getting updated

I have few laptops running Win 7 x64 and have installed x64 version of Symantec 12x but i find that the clients dont get updated although the server having latest definition update and even if we select the client and do an update content. Please advice solution. Thanks

I would request you to try disabling the UAC on the Windows 7 machines, restart the machine and check again.

Symantec Support assisted in correcting  wrong proxy setting on the server which was causing the issue.Thanks to all
