Hello to all, please help to solve my problem.

Im using SEE 8.0 Server running on Windows 7 PRO computer. I setup sync service with AD, and its look like work good. All domain ierarchy shows right.

Then I setup Framework and Fulldisk on client domain machine and... have no possibility to use policies. The computer is displayed in its OU, but I can't apply any policy or move it. I can see computer name, last check-in date, decrypted/encrypted drives, and nothing can do.

In another way, if I disable sync and delete sync credentials, computers during first check-in, appear in Symantec Endpoint Encryption Managed Computers in SEE Unassigned group. And then I can move, delete, apply any policy.

May be Im not right understand the principles applying policies and other management of SEE clients, I also read all instructions and didnt find any concrete answers.

So I forced not to sync with AD:(
