Hello,  anybody can help me?

i m getting symantec endpoint device control installation error, showing that,( failed to access to database, database doesn't exist or access is denied..)

i ve already installed database software( MSSQL express). i go through according to the installation guide from symantec. what we need to do at database server. pls, help me, anybody have this experience during installation. how you guys could install successfully. thanks
