Is Symantec Endpoint Encryption Full Disk supported in Windows 8?

As a company we are testing programs under windows 8 prior to release.

I searched Symantec but did not find any reference to if SEE Full disk Encryption works in Windows 8. Prefer to have a document from Symantec which would save time testing.

If not supported in Windows 8 is there any published timeline on adding?

It is not yet supported:

Software requirements
  • Windows 7—Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise; 32-bit or 64-bit SP1
  • Windows XP—Professional or Tablet* SP1, SP2, SP3; 32-bit or 64-bit
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP2 or Internet Explorer 7
  • Windows 2000—Professional—SP4
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP2

FYI I tried running SEE on Windows 8 RTM and had several rebuilds that I eventually decided were down to SEE. Stopped running that and been stable ever since! I don't know if it was originally causing the issues I was having but it definately stopped any recovery/fixing options!
