I would like to know if it is possible to deleted the entries in the Deleted Computers under Symantec Endpoint Encryption Managed Computers on the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Manager.  The main problem is that when I was piloting SEE, I would add test machines, delete them, add them again, and delete them again.  Each time a machine is deleted, it shows up in Deleted Computers even if it's one that has already been deleted before.  For example, I have one computer listed 20 times!  I just want to be able to clean it up a bit.  Is this an available option?

I have been asking that very question 2 years ago, GuardianEdge could never answer it for me. I'm posting this just to make sure I get alerted if a solution does get posted.

In my sistuation, the older computers seem to go away after 3-4 months. At the time of testing I was in the same boat you are now, needed it removed instantly. Not really sure if there is an option for it with SEE since the only change that was made between GuardianEdge and SEE was the version numbers and the Symantec branding.

I was told they should be removed from SEE when the management server syncs with AD, but i haven't had much success with this.

You could try manually kicking off a resync of your tables.
