Symantec endpoint manager client not getting update

dear sir i am purchage symantec endpoint manager 11.0.5 for 300 user (12*25) but and i has installed symantec manager server in data center in and 150 user are getting update properly those are have local center in LAN but 150 user are not getting a updates those are behind  of Firewall and  both bulidling's are connect  over Routing Protocal on Router. please help me what's the step's of Troubleshot to seloved the Problem, according to me no port are Blocked On firewall In/Out Bound ,and server is pinging  properly with IP/Name wise,

have any  idea any any Please help me as soon as possible !

ok. What operating system you are using? We also encounter that problem. Currently we are using Windows XP SP3.
Try to disable the simple file sharing on each workstation.

If you are familiar on registry, try to access this path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA.
Forceguest = "0"

You may also use sylink.exe. It is a tool used by symantec endpoint protection to push and refresh the connection.

Are you getting green dot on the clients?In one problematic client go to help and support--->troubleshooting and assure that it is showing proper server and group....

as per your advise i have installed XP-3 and disbaled simple file sharing  and also disabled this options HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA.
Forceguest = "0" but problem not resolved nmy client are not getting update form server those are behind firewall and using Routing Protocal,..

How to allow Symantec Endpoint Protection clients in a remote location to be managed by a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager that's behind a NAT device

Simple file sharing and Forceguest are one. If you enable it, then check in registry, the value of forceguest will change into value of "1"
I dont know the exact reason but base on our experience, we do that method. we simply check the simple file sharing and disable the firewall.
Then run sylink.
