I have a SEPM 11.X which was not updating on server. I uninstalled it completely, but not the SEP on clients. Then I installed SEPM again on server and connected the clients to it by changing SYLINK of the clients.
Still, the server is not updating / downloading liveupdate content.
Can anyone help?
Can you post the log.liveupdate file?
Run the symhelp tool on it as well to check for errors:

Have you try manually update SEPM console using .jdb file
SEPM not updating is a different issue, Are you using Symantec liveupdate or liveupdate administartor to update your SEPM? Is your sepm installed on sQL or Embedded DB?Do you use proxy in your network to connect to internet?
