Symantec endpoint manager services will not start

currently im trying to free up some space on the server im looking after and realise i have got alot of the definitions building up alot of space
but to do that i need to access the endpoint protection manager. problem is the service to run the application wont stay on it seems to keep dropping off everytime i try starting the symantec management client.
the log in is local to the machine so im assuming i dont need to input a domain for this server.
any ideas ?

Hello,
can you pass on the scm-server-0.log, this is located at tomcat\logs\ folder of SEPM installed directory

Have you tried running a repair on the manager?
Add/Remove programs highlight SEPM and click change then repair?

I havent done that just yet will try but will i be required to restart if i do as i cant do that currently until out of hours

tried that still didnt work services still havent started once i start it manually still seems to be dropping off

seems company has given in to getting system upgraded which should amend the issue thats for the assistance !

the errors are listed till 20th however i could only see issues related to scheduled reporting task.
can you try to restart SEPM servie and pass on the logs when it stops?
