Okay the manager console is showing wrong stats. The antivirus and intrusion signatures show the correct current version but the distribution to the computer graph is showing outdated ones.

As a result, i have antivirus, intrusion prevention outdated signature and some computers are also getting scan failures. I have zero idea what going on.

The clients perfectly show in the console with green dot and they also have a green dot on their system tray. The client machines shows all updated information and signatures.

So signatures are distributed but the graph in the console and stats are wrong.

Scan failure show some machine never scanned but on the clients it has.

Its difficult to keep track on client if the console shows wrong info

All services of symantec on the server are running

SQL server has no problems running fine

Please advice.
