Can I install the Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 (SEP11) version 11_0_7101 with window 8?

No. it is not supported. No version of 11.x is supported for Win8.

You will need to install SEP 12.1.2 as this is the first SEP verison supported on Win8

Yes i agree above comments.SEP 11 not supported windows 8 and Windows server 2012.

SEP 12.2 it's supported windows 8

none of SEP 11 version are going to support windows 8. SEP 12.1 RU2 will supporting windows 8 OS.
