Symantec Endpoint protection 11.0

We have Endpoint manager with clients, when i try to install Endpoint protection client, its keep getting roll back after install, i check is there any existing third party antivirus are there i could not find anyone.
it seems there is a virus already there in that client, please let me know is there any possible that i could make a bootable disk with antivirus application boot with that cd and scan the hold system?
please let me know as soon as possible?>???????????????? very urgent.

Hello,
Could you upload the SEP_Inst.log from the client machine, for indepth analysis.
In case of Suspicious Activity like Virus, I would suggest you to -
1) Using Symantec Support Tool, how do we Collect the Suspicious Files and Submit the same to Symantec Security Response Team.
2) Run the SERT (Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool)

You can use the below tool to clean the threat
ftp://ftp.symantec.com/misc/tools/nss/
Then try an installation.
Also check if you have any previously installed AV that may be affecting
Clear all the old AV's files and folders. Run the Symantec Support Tool and check for the logs.
If still nothing Call Support!
