Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.1 reset pass with no SMTP or email option

Hello all,
I was researching this thread and we recently upgraded our SEP from 11 to 12.1.1 and needed to reset the password for the admin console. But, since resetpass.bat is gone, the only option seems to be send temp password to email, but there is no SMPT or email defined this is a hardened server with access to the outside world any other way to reset the admin password?
