    Does anyone also encountered the same problem as per below:-

    SEPM Console

    While managing the SEP client in the console, out of sudden all the clients missing/disappeared. Logoff and login again, the clients shows but after a while gone missing again.

    SEP Client

    SEP client causing lotus notes client crashed still encountered

    Hi Ashish Sharma,

    Nope. Fresh install OS. SEPM upgraded from version 11.x.

    Try to restore the Communication File (Sylink.xml) to any of the client machine and observer the behavior. Because it seems like Communication issue.

    use the latest version for lotus issue.

    for clients disappearing post the sylink log.
