Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot open because some Symantec Services are stopped. Restart the Symantec services, and then open Symantec Endpoint Protection.

HI,

 

below error is comming our SEP12.1 clients lat 15 days pls help me

Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot open because some Symantec Services are stopped. Restart the Symantec services, and then open Symantec Endpoint Protection.

Hello,

What version of SEP 12.1 are you running and on what OS are you facing this issue?

This issue has been addressed in the Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU1 release.

We to have started seeing this on a few machines. Mainly since yesterdays farce. Running 12.1 and its seemingly only XP machines that are suffering again.
