"No network provider accepted the given network path."

That is the error I get when I try to push the Symantec Endpoint Protection Client from the Management Server to a Client Server.  Version 11.0.6005.562.

The management and client servers are both running Windows Server 2003.  The management server is a domain member while the target client server is an independent member of a workgroup.  Both servers can see each other and communicate in other applications.

What is the solution or work-around to this error?

While deploying the client use Local Admin credentials
