I've installed the Symantec Endpoint Protection Center on a server and pushed out the client to 4 PCs.  The clients are all showing in the Protection Center, but are disabled on all 4 PCs.  When end users open the Symantec client on their PCs and click fix all, the green dot appears on the task pad icon and SEP is enabled.  When the PC is then restarted SEP is disabled again.

I've run through Live update on all the PCs and they are all up to date.  I've reinstalled SEP several times on all the PCs, but I'm still experiencing the issue.

When a user logs in, what's in SEP windows? Can you attach a screenshot?

    Could you also check:

Client Endpoint Protection Status is "disabled" on the home page in the Symantec Protection Center when firewall is not installed

What is the OS of the systems? What version and build number of SEP are you running?

I uninstalled the managed client and installed the unmanaged client on all the PCs.  I then exported the communication settings from the protection center and imported them into all the clients.

Everything is now working as it should.  Thanks for your help.
