    Hello,

    I am trying to scan the system but symantec endpoint protection full scan completed in 2 seconds.What could be the reason?

    What exclusions are in place? Enable vpdebug, it will show what's going on.

    whats the version of SEP?  if you are not on 12.1.4 upgrade and then test

    you can enable the logging to see if its scanning or skipping the directories

    there is no exclusion for full scanning

    Did you verify this on the client side? Client side exceptions are not seen in the SEPM.

    Version of SEP is 11.0.7.

    Have you tried manually scan on that system to check?

    Have you check any failure event generated for the time of scanning?
