Hi,

We have installed the latest Symantec Plug-in (ver 2.5) for Kaseya. I have two issues so far:

1. I have authorized the Service successfully and it says authroized under the Server information, however if I try to do something like getting the licensing information for the server: It throw the error: "This dialog requires authorized web service access. Must authorize the web services on this server before you can send client commands."

2. This may not be a feature of the plug-in as I could not really get this confirmed. However there is a button to upload a client installation package or Client Communication file. When I try those two things, it gives me a pop up windows where I can choose the file to upload and it shows uploading however the pop up windows do not give me a way to save the upload. All it gives me is the close button or cancel button which discards all changes in the end.

Appreciate if you can shed some light on this.

There are multiple KB articles from Symantec on Kaseya, however, none that seem to focus on troubleshooting specific problems such as the ones you mention. Have you tried reaching out to Kaseya support as well?

Yes I have a support ticket open with both Kaseya and Symantec at the moment. Kaseya simply refused to help any further as it is a 3rd party plug-in. Symantec support tech is getting in touch with Kaseya to see if they can sort it out. It is very time consuming and I thought I would post here to see if anyone else has had any experience like this.
