I see you are using SEPM MR4 MP2 (11.0.4202.75). This issue was fixed in RU6 version (11.0.6000.xxx). See this document: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH103087

Logreader parse error on MR4MP2 server with MR5 client
    Fix ID: 1848680
Symptom: Install MR4MP2 server and an MR5 client. After the client sends opstate data to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, an exception can be seen from the logs; "Invalid log record: Too few fields."
Solution: GUP state handling logic is available in MR4-MP2, and this can cause an exception in processing agent logs for GUP Opstate. This is resolved in RU6 by ignoring certain unknown log values.

Since this version is very old, I would strongly suggest you to migrate to the higher version. You can migrate to 11.0.7000.975 (RU7) and then to 11.0.7101.1056 (RU7 MP1). Direct migration to RU7 MP1 is not supported (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/general-supported-migration-paths-symantec-endpoint-protection-manager-sepm)
