We recently upgraded out Symantec to a newer version.  Since the upgrade, when I schedule a server reboot via the SEP, the reboot never happens.  I see in the client screen that the server requires a reboot.  I setup the following:

    Custom Restart

At this time:  I put in the time I want the server to reboot.

    No prompt

    Hard Restart

The server never reboots.  I see no errors.  This worked just fine before the upgrade.

    Any ideas?

This is for clients, not the server. No reason the SEPM needs to be rebooted, unless you applied MS patches.

Are you doing this at the group level?

Client is online on server when you push the command?
