    Hello all!

    I am getting this email alert...so I did some investigation ....everything is up and running (includeing the embedded service). Tried restarting the services and rebooting the server...no luck. Once again...manager opens up fine, all services running.

    I dug into the logs and found this error......it countinues to write and write ....same error........

    Can you also post the scm-server.log file?

    Run the smyhelp tool and see if it returns any errors:

    This appears to be a known issue that is fixed in SEP12.1RU3:

    Database connection log contains database connection warnings

    Fix ID: 3075314

    Symptom: The db-connection.log contains the warning:

    <computercode style="font-family: 'Courier New'; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); line-height: 20px;"></computercode><computercode style="font-family: 'Courier New'; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); line-height: 20px;">WARNING: ClientTransportInfoTask: (db conn) Return Connection Error-> can't find connection (hashcode=X) in the map, total count=0</computercode>

    Solution: Fixed an issue in the database connection logic to resolve this warning.

    Do you know how exactly I would fix the connection logic with an embedded database?

    The reocmmendation is to upgrade to the version in which this has been fixed: SEP12.1RU3 (whereas you're currently running SEP12.1RU2MP1).

    I don't believe there's an article on how to update the logic manually without upgrading.

    Ok, I got ya...sorry for my ignorance with this....I rarely have to touch it anymore so when something goes wrong it's a re-learning process : ) also I wasn't aware a newer verison was ready...

    Thank you everyone - I'll proceed with the upgrade!
