Hello,

What version of SEP 11.x are you running?

What OS is the SEPM server running on?

Are you running the SEPM with Embedded database OR SQL database?

Could you check and answer the following -

1) Under services.msc, check if the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager and Embedded service in stopped state? What happens when you try to restart the services? Make sure these both services are in running state.

2) What error do you receive when you try logging in to SEPM?

3)  Is there enough Disk space on the Server machine?

4) Did you restart the server machine and check if the issue is getting resolved?

5) To understand the root cause, could you please upload the scm-server-0.log and catalina.out.log from the SEPM machine

This issue is very similar to the Issue in this Thread:

Hope that  helps!!

Could you please check if the the Database i.e. Embedded db services are running or not?

if they are not then probably the database has gone corrupt and you may have to perform Disaster Recovery.
