    Hi,

    I have problem with my Endpoint. I cant't found yet the solution. I Hope someone share solution.

    The problem is : - Symantec Endpoint protection manager services is stopping automatically, cannot update (via liveupdate) event manualy download .jdb file the client can not update too.

    OS Server using Windows 2003 Std. 3 GB memory and freespace on C: is 4.59GB.

    increaes the java heap size as per this doc

    Hi Rafeeq,

    Previously have change the number from 128 to 512. error still accour. now I already change number became : 

    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\semsrv\Parameters\
    JVM Option Number 0=-Xms1024m
    JVM Option Number 1=-Xmx1024m
    JVM Option Number 2=-XX:MinHeapFreeRatio=40
    JVM Option Number 3=-XX:MaxHeapFreeRatio=70

    the SEP manager no longger keeping stop, but the embeded database getting stop.I getting start embeded database via services console, now the client updated. HDD space on server dramaticaly reduce from 5GB to 15MB. Is there any file can be deleted for free up the space?

    For all step, its become solution. thanks for the solution.

    @Brian, I already enable FINEST loging.
