Restore IIS Secars Mapping
1. Click Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
2. In the navigation tree, under Web Sites, expand the Web Site for the SEPM.
3. Right-click Secars, and then select Properties.
4. On the Virtual Directory tab, click Configuration.
5. Application extension should be empty
6. On the Mappings tab, edit the "Wildcard application maps".
7. Uncheck the "Verify that file exists" option
8. Make sure that Executable path is correct, it should point to:
"C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\secars.dll"
9. Click OK, OK, and OK to exit from Secars properties.
Restore IIS Secreg Mapping
1. Click Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager

3. Right-click Secreg, and then select Properties.
4. On the Virtual Directory tab, click Configuration.
5. Application extension should be empty
6. On the Mappings tab, edit the "Wildcard application maps".
7. Uncheck the "Verify that file exists" option
8. Make sure that Executable path is correct, it should point to:
"C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\secreg.dll"
9. Click OK, OK, and OK to exit from Secreg properties.
