    Greetings,

Sometimes having IE Enhanced Security will cause this, I would suggest the following:

    -Open the Control Panel
    -Open Add or Remove Programs
-Select Add or Remove Windows Components
-From within the list uncheck Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration
    -Click Next
    -Click Finish

    Hi,

            For Windows Server 2003:
You can disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration from within Add or Remove programs:
    Open the Control Panel
    Open Add or Remove Programs
Select Add or Remove Windows Components
From within the list uncheck Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration
    Click Next
    Click Finish

    For Windows Server 2008:
You can disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration from within the Server Manager:
    Open the Server Manager
Highlight Server Manager in the left-pane at the top
In the right-pane, under Security Information, click Configure IE ESC
Turn the Administrators & Users options Off
    Click OK

the only thing i see in the iis log is this 404 erorr, which has nothing to do with the problem i have with the graphs.

    2009-09-30 22:28:53 W3SVC3 127.0.0.1 GET /favicon.ico - 8014 - 127.0.0.1 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+8.0;+Windows+NT+5.2;+Trident/4.0;+.NET+CLR+1.1.4322;+.NET+CLR+2.0.50727;+.NET+CLR+3.0.04506.30;+.NET+CLR+3.0.04506.648;+.NET+CLR+3.0.4506.2152;+.NET+CLR+3.5.30729) 404 0 2

any idea what logs i need to look at to see the erorrs from the graphs not showing up?

May be this is because of the Proxy..

Try the below steps it may help..

    1. Check in the registry (HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings) those keys"ProxyEnable"=dword:00000001
    "ProxyServer"="test:80"

     Change ProxyEnable  to 0
    Delete ProxyServer key

These settings are also cached in Hex format in the following location: HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections

    -DefaultConnectionSettings
    -SavedLegacySettings

    Delete both the above key

    Refer to this KB -

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager: Home, Reports, and Monitor pages are blank and no error messages are displayed

    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2007122311505400
