Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 11.0.780.***

I have problems with this Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 11. My manager keep the old virus definition and policy. it wont update the policy. even though i make a change of the policy. the files that contain this symantec policy, still didnt change. i not sure what had happen. so, my client keep on get the old virus definition from the server. any suggestion on that ?

Latest version available is SEP 11.0 MR4MP1a

11.0.780.*** looks like Plain
11.0.780.*** looks like Plain old V11.
ryangiam, there has been alot of problems and bugs fixed with Endpoint since it was released, it is most certainly worth you upgrading to MP4 MP1A.
To do this please visit FileConnect: https://fileconnect.symantec.com and download CD1 and upgrade.
Its normally a painless upgrade.

Upgrade path to MP4 MP1a is supported only from MR4, so before you upgrade to MR4MP1 you should patch to MR4 and then to MP1a. However I would install fresh server an migrate the clients if it's possible
