Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 11.0.780.***

I have problems with this Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 11. My manager keep the old virus definition and policy. it wont update the policy. even though i make a change of the policy. the files that contain this symantec policy, still didnt change. i not sure what had happen. so, my client keep on get the old virus definition from the server. any suggestion on that ?

Well the version which is being used by you is tooooo old. There are lot many fizes in the latest release. You may need to instal the latest version and check if the issue is faced.
Latest version SEP 11.0 MR 4 MP 1a.

here are the versions:
11.0.776 RTM
...
11.0.4000 MR4
11.0.4014 MR4 MP1
The supported migration path is RTM > MR4 > MR4 MP1
The migration step-by-step is available in our web site.
Take in consideration that your version is really bugged and sometimes the migration does not resolve some issues. Sometimes is better to remove the RTM and install the MR4 MP1 from the scratch.

MR4MP1 is supported when
MR4MP1 is supported when migrating from MR4 or on clean installation. updates from other versions may work but they are not supported.
