I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this before.  After installing the Endpoint Protection on a Windows 2008 R2 box, and opening the manager, there appears to be an issue with my Home, Monitors and Reports screens.  They all display their proper text but all the graphs do not display, they only appear as white boxes.  I am able to deploy to clients without issue and modify the admin/policies tabs as well.  Another item that appears weird is that the font on the working tabs is different than the ones on the non-working.  I have seen issues where the ODBC does not appear to be working but I have verified this and tried reinstalling with no avail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the replies.  I tried all of these and I am still having issues.  To remove local permissions I browsed to the website from a windows xp system running firefox and still had the same output.  So I decided to run filemon and found out that there were access denied error messages relating to "HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\ODBC\ODBC.INI".  I added IUSR to this folder but noticed that there was nothing under this key.  Is there supposed to be?

Which version if Internet Explorer is installed on the Server?

Please make sure that windows enhanced security is disabled.

Also paste the scm.server0.log from the SEPM/Tomcat/logs folder

Are you running the latest version of Java?

If not try updating your java client

It is Symantec enterprise 11.0 and it is the only piece of software outside of Windows and Java 6 23.  Internet Explorer is also at 8.

I get a page that again that does not appear to be formatted correctly and is missing the logo in the upper right hand corner.  I fill out the credentials that it is asking for and attempt to login and it just sits there.  There also is something in the lower left hand corner of IE that states that there was an error on the page.  Below is what it says the error is:

    Webpage error details

    User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729)

Yes, when I go into %WINDIR%\syswow64\odbcad32.exe I can see the connection in there and its connection is successful once I put in the user as dba and password.  My question was more geared to I swear I saw a key under the odbc.ini folder before and it is no longer there once I performed the uninstall and php appears to be looking for this key.

The IE enchanged security (not sure if this is what you are referring to) has been disabled for both admins and users.

The below error occurs over and over again in this log but there confusing thing is that it is only popping error messages about my windows xp system.  I am also trying this from the 2008 r2 and 7 box and they don't appear in this log:

    I've ran into this before...

Go to Server Manager->Roles->Web Server (IIS)->Role Services

Check to see if you have "Common HTTP Features", "Static Content", "Default Document", "Directory Browsing", and "HTTP Errors" installed.

If any of those are listed as "Not Installed" then click Add Role Services and install them.

Once that is done I think that will take care of the problem. You might need to run a repair on the SEPM to insert the missing MIME types, but I can't remember 100%.

    Hope that helps!

I think Re-installing of IIS role should solve the problem

Reinstalling IIS is a bit too radical for this moment :-) First of all, please enable logging on Reporting page:

    Configuring Logging in IIS 7
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732079%28WS.10%29.aspx

Please try to access it again and attach logs here. Maybe there will be some permissions denied or similar errors. It may be related to missiong/incorrect permissions on the folders of SEPM\Inetpub

Thanks everyone.  After looking into this furthur this appears to have been an issue releated to a software deployment tool I had uninstalled and it kept some of itself behind.  Once I ran their cleanup tool and reinstalled SEPM everything started to work.
