As far as I know, there is no password retrieval for the client. The resetpass.bat is for lost password for the management console, aka the SEPM. You would need to locate on which machine the SEPM is installed, and from there, you may be able to get in to the SEPM and disable client passwords. That is, if your clients are still communicating with the SEPM.
You should also have no trouble getting to the Administration Guide for your version. It should be able to help you once you are able to log in: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/products/symantec_endpoint_protection/11.0/manuals/mr4/administration_guide.pdf
