Symantec Endpoint Protection - Unable to Install

Hi Team, 

I've tried to install the Symantec a few times, but failed. 

It always shows at the setup wizard as

"The wizard was interrupted before Symantec Endpoint Protection Client could be completely installed. Your syste has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, plase run set up again. " 

I've searched online and it seems the pre-installed anti-virus programme in my computer cannot be removed completely. And it seems there is a programme called "CleanWipe"  which may help. 

However, I searched in the symantec website and fail to find such programme.  Could you kindly please assist ? Many Thanks.

Now cleanwipe avaialble in fileconnect

If you can not find in fileconnect you can contact with tech support for get it

Cleanwipe will have only remove symantec products, not other competitors products. You may need to do a manual removal. Nonetheless, if you still need cleanwioe, send me a PM so I can provide further assistance.
