I have installeld "Symantec Endpoint Protection" on my network and everything is working well with the exception of the "Management console".

I am unable to log into the console to mangement SEP for the network. I've ran the resetpass.bat and that has done nothing. I really need to log into the mangement console and i don't want to uninstall/reinstall the management, but it seems that may be what happens.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do to access the management console. I'm running SEP on a Windows Server 2008 Small Business SP-2, 64-bit operation system.

    Thanks

What error do you get while logging to the Console ? Failed to connect to the server or Authentication Failed?

The docs posted in the first reply are probably going to fix it. If not, feel free to call support and open a case. https://support.broadcom.com (US)

It's a common issue (Java -1) and our techs are pretty good at getting it resolved. Just make sure you check the stuff in the docs, or else you'll just get referred back to them by the support tech.
