Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

    I need a help we have just purchased SYMC ENDPOINT PROTECTION SBE 2013 PER USER HOSTED AND ONPREMISE COMP UG SUB UPFRONT BILL EXPRESS BAND C SB SUPPORT 12 MONTHS, QTY:50. At first we had Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.x.x. series and was told to upgrade to latest vesion 2013. I migrated my computers to latest version and now it is showing Symantec Endpoint Protection.Cloud.

    I have manage to add the license certificate and see the screenshot attached.

    But i wonder why is it keep to prompt me if i want to continue using Symantec Endpoint Protection.Cloud  i should activate.

     

    What should i do to stop this thing.

    Everything looks correct. What happens if you click OK?

    When i click Ok it is prompting to Enter Pin Code.

    At this point, I'd put in a call to get this sorted out. Do you have a PIN?

    It shouldn't be this difficult to get up and going.

    Which Pin Code is this one? I dont know whether it is the serial number or what?

    I tried to put serial number may be it is saying invalid.

    The PIN is not the same as the serial.

    If it doesn't, again, I'd call support. They will need to be involved in getting this fixed.

    There have been problems with the back-end that supports the Partner Management Console and the Hosted Endpoint pages for most of this week.

    Before you waste time performing the steps in the article Brian referred to, call Support!

    Symantec performed hardware maintenance last night to correct the connectivity problem, but you may still be experiencing some of the after-effects.

    Have Support take a look at your site from the back-end to see if it can be corrected there.
