Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool (SERT) requires a PIN to run

I did download v2.0.24 from File Connect using our serial number and it is still asking for a PIN number.

thats normal at this moment, to getthe PIN you need to contact Symantec Support team.

Create an Case with Technical Support. They will provide you the Serial Number for SERT Tool.
