Symantec Endpoint Security Small Business Edition lässt sich nicht deinstallieren

Schönen guten Tag,

ich versuche gerade auf einem SBS-2011 "Symantec Endpoint Security Small Business Edition" zu deinstallieren.

Dies versuchte ich ganz einfach über "systemsteuerung - Programme und Funktionen - Product Symantec endpoint protection Manager auswählen" und auf "Ändern"

Leider bekomme ich immer als Fehlermeldung:

"Fehler beim Öffnen der Protokolldatei der Installation. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die angegebene Protokolldatei existiert und nicht schreibgeschützt ist."

Ich hab mir nun das CleanWipe Tool besorgt und wie beschrieben zuerst das "Symantec diagnostic support toll" ausgeführt.

Dies beschreibt folgende Fehler:

Müssen für eine Deinstallation diese Probleme erst behoben werden?

Kennt hier jemand eine Lösung für mein Problem damit ich das Programm "sauber" deinstallieren kann?

Oder kann/sollte ich einfach das CleanWipe Tool laufen lassen?

What happened after you ran cleanwipe? This should've removed everything and allowed you re-install a fresh copy.
