This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi,

I'm downlaod the evaluation for symantec EndPoint trialware 3 days ago. How do I know how many days it will expire?
 
Is there a command I can verify? Is it a 90 days evaluation?

the limited Trial will be active until October 31, 2009, it will expire on that date and cannot be migrated to fully licensed software.

Yes, it is true that it will be notified but I think Christopher wants to know "when" more than "how" and it is written in the download page of the trialware, again October 31, 2009, regardless when you download it.

Update (not Upgrade) Trialware version of SEP before expiration

The whole point, in my case, is to evaluate SEP on Windows 7 RTM.

The update version will be MP5 (more correctly referred to as RU5, I understand).

Not having a valid serial number, I will not be able to get to first base on File Connect.

Of course no tech support is provided; I'm counseled to inquire in these forums.

So then, what do I do?

Easy answer

The full versions are the ones available on https://fileconnect.symantec.com, the beta version is the one available in the beta portal.
SEP 11.0.4000 was officially  released several month ago.
