hi,

You need to contact SEPM administrator and ask the SEP uninstall password.

You can try to enter password "symantec"

Or

You can try this

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\AV\AdministratorOnly\Security\UseVPUninstallPassword

Set to 0 to disable

What sep version are you using ?

Select Clients > Select group to apply this to > Policies tab > General Settings > Security Settings tab > Click the check box "Require a password to uninstall the client"

Here is you can change your sep uninstall password,Once your sep Client received New policy you can use thst password and uninstall sep client.

Check the SEPM goups for which the clients are in. Do you have the password option applied to some groups while not applied to others?
