We have 65 licenses bought from Dell for 3 years. Does anyone know if this auto-renews through Dell? I'm asking the same question through Dell as well. Right now we are at 64 of 65 licenses.
1) If it does not auto-renew through dell, do we have to renew again through dell or better to renew another 65 through Symantec. What I don't want is for those 65 to expire and not have another 65 ready to go.
2) What is the time needed to add more licenses before the clients no longer update? I see the only choices is 1 year per endpoint per client.
3) If I need to purchase additional licenes, each license will be renewed as a license-by-license basis and will auto-renew when required, correct? So we could esentially end up with serveral auto-renewals on our card if we have several licenses correct? I assume there is no way to combine this?
4) Last, if we by more licenses through Symantec, say 1 license as needed when we hire new employees, how long do we get the license key. Is is right away or do we have to wait a few days to be able to get that key to redeem that key?
