Symantec Ghost Configuration Service will not start

I have installed Ghost on my HP ML580 server that is running Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2.
 
The Symantec Ghost Configuration Server will not start up. Even when I try to set it to Automatic.
 
I have been able to install the software onto a desktop running Windows XP and it works fine.
 
Please let me know what more information I can provide.
