Ghost can only clone ext 2/3

Ghost can only clone ext 2/3 filesystems, anything else will be cloned as "raw" or sector-by-sector. What version of Ghost are you using at all?

Large Inodes

Fedora 10 has large inodes.  You'll either need to clone raw (dd style) with -ial, or upgrade to GSS 11.5 with the live updates.

Ghost 11.5

Sorry if I wasn't clear.  Ghost 11.5 (GSS2.5) a different release from Ghost 11.0 (GSS2.0).  You'll need get Ghost 11.5 and then run the live updates on that.  The live updates for Ghost 11.0 won't help.
