Symantec Ghost error

Below is a listing of the error message posted during the imaging of HP EliteBook 6930p laptops.
This error is intermittent, but happens at least 1 out of 3 times these laptops are imaged.
Please let me know what this error message relates to with Ghost so that I can get this fixed and image these laptops every time with no errors.

Earlier version, but perhaps will give you some pointers. Looks like there might be some logfiles generated when ngctw32.exe crashes, so may be worth grabbing those and having them available for support to look at.
