Ghost is first and foremost an image deployment tool.

Assuming you are deploying sysprepped images, joining a domain is achievable, either using the methods documented in the Ghost documentation, or the methods documented in the Microsoft Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK).  For any other requirements such as User validation and security management - this is something you will need to write your own scripts to do.

Not much information about your environment. I am aware about that issue if host the domain is a Windows 2008 R2.

You may take a look on this article, use the steps from article TECH110200 as suggested by Microsoft to solve the issue:

TECH110200: Error: "The system detected a possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you."
